Bladerunner Brights
This inspiration board was created for a tech glam activewear textile collection challenge in the Textile Design Lab. My collection and mood board was based off the first Blade Runner movie that, coincidentally, takes place in 2019. The movie’s vibe was perfect for the futuristic and empowering feel I wanted my collection to have.

Tribal Animal Prints
Mystical Maasai Textile Collection is based off the the largest Nilotic group inhabiting northern, central and southern Kenya and northern Tanzania.
The Maasai are known for they’re bright and colorful clothing. In my collection I wanted to follow their eclectic style but also incorporate animal skin prints that represent the animals they share their land with.

Dot to Dot

Mystras Mutes
Mystras Mutes is inspired by a recent trip I took to Peloponnese, Greece. Mystras is an archaeological site that was once a fortress built outside of Sparta. Many monasteries were founded there. Walking through the ruins you can feel the peaceful presence of the past. The beautiful frescos and stone walls have been worn by time and made into one muted tranquil palette.
Fluid Iridescence
“Fluid Iridescence” uses watered down organic shapes that overlap to give a transparent and tranquil quality. The soft color palette communicates optimism and quiet confidence.
